New show (well new for us) I got handed details of at the classic car show.

Looks a good show cars, bikes, planes, boats ands it up t'north more so than any others

CONFIRMATION

We are delighted you are bringing your club to stand at this year’s event.

BOOKING DETAILS

Your club will be allocated a pitch, the size of which will depend on your numbers, with lavatory and catering facilities nearby. Pitches will be on the trackside and direct frontage for your club will be secured on a first come first served basis. You are welcome to bring a 3m x 3m gazebo, if you would like a bigger marquee, please contact us and we will put you in contact with our supplier. We may be able to accommodate some hospitality units again please contact Pippa on 01829 772432.

We would hope that all vehicles are in place on the Friday night. For vehicles arriving on the day the car park is open from 6.30am and we require clubs to be set up by 8am and so we strongly recommend you arrive in good time. Late arrivals cannot be guaranteed to have access to their allocated pitches.

CHOLMONDELEY FIREWORKS TATTOO

Again we have the excitement of the annual Fireworks Concert and Military Tattoo being held on the Saturday night. This is a “Last night of the Proms” style evening with a military theme performed by military bands and the Manchester Camerata Orchestra. Bring a picnic and chairs to enjoy this wonderful evening below the Castle. We do hope you will buy the discounted combined tickets which will enable you and your family to enjoy both the Pageant and the Fireworks Concert.

CAMPING

Camping is available within the estate grounds at £20.00 per caravan and £15.00 for a tent per night. The Friday night camping on 16th July, will be free of charge for those displaying on the pitch only, and they will need to show their ticket receipt to the Campsite Marshal(Pink Gate Cool

when they arrive on Friday to redeem their free night , Saturday and Sunday Camping should be booked on the website as normal. Lavatory and shower facilities are close by.

Going to need a few more people signing up to this in order to make it happen, the organisers want at least 5 cars otherwise they won't give us a stand...

need to know if anyone else wants to go ASAP please smile
