I think most of you know this Kadet GTE it was Bens and he sold it to
Stu. But stu was moving house so couldnt do anything with it witch is
why i bough it...Looked pritty good on the outside but when i started
to strip away lets say the old dear was in need of a lot of tlc lots..
iv just got the engine and gearbox just out the ill take wings spoilers
and the tailgate off next. but the tailgate is really bad id say probly
f--ked but let see if my mate tony can work a miracle or to ill try to
post so pics....its going to be a long and painfull few months lets
see how it goes ...will need all of youre know how on this lads wish me look

The pictures are probably to big for the site. Get a photobucket account then link the pictures. |

These always go behind the sus tops, mine has been welded up on one side. this looks pretty good really so hope the rest is as solid as the front. _________________

these are the small ones to fix ill take pic of the bad bits
when i get a minute..every time i pull the bonnet it seems
to rain over here and with the wife and 3 little girls

Derek, good luck with the resto, nice to see the car being given the attention it deserves As you'll see from the history binder, I spent a small fortune on welding a couple of years ago so it'll be interesting to see how that work looks now! _________________ Ben

How are you mate fare play i have to say. alot off work went into her
when you had it the underneat is farely good
thanks to you. Theres a few bad bits around the drivers seat base
were the chasis is ..what did you do with that engine and gearbox
you had??? was going to ring you about them and still havent got
the v5 of STU cant get hold of him..just hope i can give the old
cars what it deserves.... as they say watch this space |
