ok Chaps the issue with the updates is resolved I have been receiving them on a deffunct email address, which they were contacted that would no longer be in use. However they still sent emails to it and wondered why they never got a reply, they eventually after over 2 years decided to phone the number provided and seemed supprised when i informed them of their incompetance in the politest manner possible. So god knws what planet they are on but hey ho.

As a club we need to try and sort things out but a 3hr drive for a 15min meeting just doesnt seem green or worth it to me perhaps we suggest they have a dial in session for those that are miles away?

Surely it must be possible to sort out a web conference for those clubs who don't have a local rep, although I think the Internet is a bit new fangled for most of the vboa lol
