For sale is the brown bomber,
Impulse purchase which I used for 12 months before getting a van for work. I would rather someone get use from it than being sat on my driveway forever (like the other mk1 infront of it).
The car was previously kept in storage for a few years which explains the marks on the bodywork.
+ Positive
New fuel tank
New fuel tank sender
New fuel line
The sills, arches, doors, bonnet, tailgate are all in good condition
Great headlining
Windowscreen taken out and resealed
256mm vented front brakes with new discs and pads
Sportex system which as covered at most 100 miles
Uncut parcel shelf
4 x Good tyres
Apart from a plate welded in passenger footwell, no other welding.
- Negatives
The roof would require a flat down and repaint or vinyl wrap, it is solid, no holes
Storage blistering, again there are no holes.
Lower bulkhead could do with looking at
Lower rear valance just starting to go
This is an honest car, it just requires a little bit of cash and tlc to make it a perfectly useable classic. 80303 mileage
The car has NO Tax
The car has NO Mot
The car requires a tailer
The car will not be broken it is far too good for that.

Stuck a battery on it and put £7 juice in then proceeded to drive from the top of my drive to the bottom. 😊
Heart always rules the head when sitting in a mk1. Ill get pics of roof up soon as. |
