OK, so the old thread got deleted (ahem), so restarting it.

I have done a quick design of how I see the new homepage looking. Keeping the design simple but modern.

I think the main menu is the key part - and actually having a homepage!

Yeah, figured the top left triangle doesn't work very well. So decided a slider on the homepage would be better. Maybe switching between 5 different pics.

Would need to workout how we feature every paid member's car.

Just run car of the month comps and the top ones get featured for the month. Won't be hard with only about 8 cars to choose from! lol

What are the chances of having a mobile friendly version too? This one jumps about all over the place while it figures out the aspect ratio.

BTW, I'm awaiting the upgrade to vBulletin to be processed, then I'll be able to get the functionality of the site sorted. Then I'll apply the style after.
