As PV is fast approaching, and we don't want to be left either hungry or thirsty, I though it time to start organising who's bringing what

First off, we're gonna be needing some beer. Damo, can you supply as you did last year and we'll sort you out with the cost on the day?

Also what about a BBQ? Last year we were lucky to have Chunk's mate there with his mahoosive oil drum (pukka bit of kit) but what will we do this year?

Does the Club have sufficient funds to buy a decent one that will see us through a few show seasons, and if so, who can store it and bring it to each show? I can probably get a good oil drum one made up on a stand etc, but it will cost and I wouldn't really want to put in the car.
Any ideas??

Will we all club together at the local Tesco's and buy grub there as we did last year or will individuals each bring something along?

Your thoughts please guys

i think one of the easyest ways would be either every one brings there own, or we all meet up at tesco and have a kitty, all put in 10 or 20 quid and just buy every thing we need outta that.
