By junk i meant the aforementioned stupid offers and the chit chat. No one has had a tantrum chap just asked for genuine interest! Cant see the problem? |

from the beginning of this thread i have been asking for pics because IMHO a non runner in bits must be something special to still be worth £500.........
after seeing the pics i made an offer of what i thought the car to be worth, i know if i had a car that was costing me money daily just sitting there i'd want it gone asap.
stick it on ebay but take some better pics otherwise you will get f**k all for it.....

Well im the only one that has gone to see it in person and due to my financial state and the state of the car that is all i would be willing to pay.
Not having a go, just saying if i bought it for 400 i would have to pay for it to get welded because i cant fix it myself. i would have to spend quite a lot repairing rust on the rear, front pannel, under windscreen etc which would end up costing me more than if i bought a rust free body. Plus i havent heard the engine rus so it might need a new'un.
- Just stating that it would cost me (because i cant weld) more than a running gte to fix therefore the low offer. Not in any way trying to offend you just offering you all i would be able to afford.

Thats fair enough i have no issue with that, but to offer a pound more than the last offer a couple of times got my back up, thats all...
Any lets close the book and all move on eh? |
