I have just bought the Mk2 set up for the Mk1, Koni adjustables. The ones that were on Ebay.
Me and Jacko are parts sharing them. I need them in for the track day.
Just picked them up for an nice price too _________________ The most hip hop mofo to ever come out of Halifax.....Jam Master Jay in d house!!! |

It exactly the same as the Mk1 stuff, top mounts are different, but these came with them so I can just fit them on. _________________ The most hip hop mofo to ever come out of Halifax.....Jam Master Jay in d house!!! |

Swap the front top mounts over and it's job done, no real difference between the two iirc |

Rear springs are different tho, mk1 is pigtail at 1 end and wide at the other but mk2 springs are pigtails at both ends. _________________

Sorry but you cant use mk2 Astra front legs om a Mk1(or Cav/calibra either) The tapered hole where the track rod ends go into are tapered the opposite way round to a Mk1 so you may have slight probs getting them in, unless you have them sleeved and then machined out with the taper the right way, the front inserts are the same though as are the rear shocks _________________ Old skool- New rules !!! |
