Very reluctantly I am breaking my Astra Rally Car Crying or Very sad

I may sell the car complete if anyone is interested make me an offer!

The following parts are for sale:

JRE (John Read Engines) Rally Spec 2.0L 16V Redtop, 234bhp. Built last June has completed 4 events, top 10 results every time and 2 class wins. Brief spec: Omega pistons, Steel Rods, Group A Head, JRE Cams, Uprated oil pump, Vernier pulleys, lightweight flywheel, Helix race clutch, DTA engine management, Jenvey taper throttle bodies, Green injectors, SBD Big exhaust manifold. HHMS (Harry Hockley Motorsports) Front Struts, adjustable platform coilover struts, Bilstein Tarmac inserts, 300lb springs, spherical bearing top mounts, HHMS wheel studs & nuts. ÃƒÆ’Ã¢â‚¬Å¡Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â£700.

HHMS Alcon Brakes, 4 pot radial mount calipers, 295 disc, aluminum bells and caliper brackets, Pagid Blue pads (1 event old), all in excellent condition (4 events old). ÃƒÆ’Ã¢â‚¬Å¡Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â£900.

lee if you are still running the standard gte rack you should be ok just got to check the pipes on the rack as to were they come out and then find somewere to mount the pump.when done wire the pump upto a live that comes on with ignition (later type astra are a pain to steer if the alternator packs up they need a constant 13.5v to work)

what a well equipped car there mate phone iain shirlaw at eurorallye up in cumbria m8 he may buy the full car from you.01282 854900 unfortunately as is the way with most rally cars you will probably get more for it by breaking it but you can always give him a try he buys quite alot of rally cars especially vauxhalls and is a pretty nice bloke to deal with as i bought quite alot of parts from him over the years and he bought my last rally car.then broke the fcuker lol.R.I.P it broke my bloody heart lol but it was worth more for the parts to him.

lol lee he is a mk1 owner after all isn`t he and shouldn`t we help him get the best price for it as i can`t see any one on here buying six grands worth of engine but iain shirlaw would so just a bit of sensible advice.sorry guy`s but i think he wants shot of the lot and between here,eurorallye and rally used parts he should do but i can`t see most of the expensive stuff being sold on here.so it`s some sensible pointers in the right direction as we would do with any mk1`er or wouldn`t we?

p.s lee the steering ain`t that hard to get m8 or make up but is worth what he wants so if he doesn`t break it`s not the end of the world and i could probably get it made up for you easy enough as i`m going to be doing it as i did on my rally car.
