--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Hi Guys,
As the new Events Sec. and then suddenly realising i have not got a great deal of time on my hands or allways have access to the internet due to job etc. I would like your help to organise what events we wish to do as a club. The VBOA stuff is a given but other events such as PV, Retro Gathering etc are also worth a visit, please add to a list starting below as to what you would like to attend as a club (ie with stand etc) dont forget you can go to any show you want as individuals, Due to time constraints etc i will not be able to organise everything but will do my utmost to sort out the more popular events.
1.Retro Rides Gathering 2010, Sunday, 8th August 2010 at Haynes International Motor Museum, Sparkford, Somerset, BA22 7LH.
2. Retro Show 2010, Sunday 18th July at Santa Pod (suggested by Matt)
3. PV Show, weekend of the 12th and 13th June (TBC) at Santa Pod (suggested by Tricky)
4. BH2NR 2010, Dates to be confirmed but likely to be first week in September. (suggested by Delmastiff) An excellent time was had by all who went in 2009. Not cheap so start saving now. Expect to spend about £1000 at least, but its worth it. _________________ VBOA Secretary

PV is usually worth a look, unless it rains like last year
does anyone know if it's over 2 days again? _________________

Theres no mk1oc stand at Trax But I will be there with my car on the TV stand again.
As far as I know Phil and Martyn are still in charge although Martyn is in the middle of moving and no net acess. _________________ Quoted from Mowgli on the PNG:
get on the mk1 astra forum... they appear to be switched on people, apart from their insisting that you fit a let to every mk1.......
