The return is the smallest hose on the header just don't clip it at the bottle then when it's hot with the cap off just pull it off and let it dump the water whilst filling with a can or hose at the same time keep doing this till it's all clear then plenty of anti freeze

Any pipe to the matrix (red pill blue pill jokes) should be big enough for a hose just bang it in one and switch it on I do it through both pipes if I can

It does look great.

Is that a new master cylinder or have you found some paint that matches that zinc plated look? (or what ever it is)

errr you get top dead centre from the crank and the position of number 1 piston being at the top dead centre of the bore the cam can be anywhere either side of that

Yeah, iirc the little round bit at the top is the marker. I just can't remember where it was meant to be.

Well, I hope I'm right....

Next mission,

The accelerator arm on the side of the webber is a different set up than the varajet.

I'm thinking of replacing the bar with something slightly longer, fixing a bracket to hold the new bar in place and then welding the bar to the webber arm.

Any other ideas people?

Yellow arrows show which way the cables pull and the way the bar turns...
