On my 9th day without a day off and my fourth shift of 6.30am till 10.30 pm. on the bounce
I didn't realise cut backs and streamlining meant my life expectancy

I know how you feel Andy I worked very similar hours, up at 5.30am home at 8.30pm doing lived in rewires. I just quit last week as it had taken off my life and weekends. The money wasn't even good either.

At least you've got a job, I was made redundant last week.

They are dangerous hours your working tho.

Feel like a twit now john your right at least its a job. Ive been an exec head chef for over 10 years now so should be used to it, Doesn't get easier though as you get older and i have three weeks of it to go ( no overtime as my contract is hours as required.
