This should provide all the power you could ever wish for. It seems expensive but just think of it as an investment.

Seriously though some good info here,

http://www.max-boost.co.uk/max-boost/turbo/turbo.htm

I'd go Garrett T25 but it means a new fannymold to bolt it to. Depends how deep ya pockets are!

just out of curiosity, why do you want to change it?
are you still running the standard intercooler? as changing that will give a reasonable improvement in power and will have to happen if your changing the turbo anyway.

It's just that on start up and idle it's started to smoke a little, so
do I have it reconditioned or do I replace?
It was a question to then decide witch way to go.

Check your breather pipes and intercooler for oil first. I thought my seals had gone, but found it was breathing quite a bit of oil vapour which was collecting in the cooler then getting sucked into the intake. I did the oil mod in the head and now only get the odd puff of black smoke between shifts and full chat, no blue smoke.
