Anyone know off or smelt a sniff off a mk1 wide arch kit like the one from that Kermit green Astra that was floating around?
Even damaged

On another note, you could make the moulds yourself from wood and layer fibreglass over it (or carbon fibre if your good).
If you remember the calibre coachworks astra G wide arch they did years ago that was all metal panels, so you could even do it that way if your handy with a welder.
Theres a place in Southampton who build bespoke parts from carbon fibre, wont be cheap but give them measurements and a pic and ask a price, there work is 2nd to non and used by many motorsport teams.

what about the gartrac escort arches, a mk3 escort and mk1 astra are very close in size.

Frontera's have flared arches that could be manipulated onto mk1 wings. All steel then!
