Afternoon all... I had the delights of owning a Carmine Red Mk1 GTE from Sept 1990 till the late 90's. I let it fall into disrepair  .. and eventually gave it away to a member of the MK1OC. I'm just wondering what became of it. It's number plate was A788 TAE. I've noticed it's not taxed so I assume it ended it's life as a spares car ?... now I'm a late 40's something.. I'm getting the calling to own one again ! |

Oh... and I still have the Haynes Manual for it in my garage !  |
