The lad I brought it of bought it out of auction so I presume the auction was ended early. I can't se it not making the starting bid it's worth more than that in parts. _________________ Mk1 astra gte md ogle edition

He realised he dint have time to restore it or space to do it! Tbh if I hadn't of mytherd him to sell it me he would of broke the car which would of been a shame In my opinion. _________________ Mk1 astra gte md ogle edition

Managed to get all the interior out of it this weekend but all the boot mouldings and passenger kick panels fell to pieces which was nice lol! so if anyone has a set for sale let me know.
Also I've got a rust bubble through my chassis number but it's still readable.
I obviously know need to replace the floor pan but would like to retain the original chassis number. Has anyone had a similar problem and know to a solution without it looking like I'm changing the identity of the car _________________ Mk1 astra gte md ogle edition

Yes I'll defo do that cheers! I'm also going to gently cut it out and keep it with the cars history.
I've been doing a lot of research about the car and have managed to contact Tom Karen the design director at ogle in the early 80s.
He's a great bloke and is over the moon about me finding and restoring one of his special astra's! He's managed to find me some illustrations of the car and the original pencil drawing which he's posting to me this week.
They will go well with the ogles paperwork Imo _________________ Mk1 astra gte md ogle edition
