So I managed to buy the Snotter
Id like to do a few upgrades on it, first port of call is fitting an F28 which I have with an ATB fitted, can someone give me a run down on how to go about fitting equal length shafts, im led to believe my car has mk1 GTE front legs etc, will the equal length setup from a calibra fit straight in no problem?
Few more upgrades will be hybrid turbo/engine to 300bhp/willwood front brake kit, LCD dash, engine bay stitch welded, new alloy rad - cooler, Bilstein shocks, hoping to have all this done for early next year.
I'll pop up a project thread once I get a start on it |

Nice car that.
Corsa epas has been done a few times, corsa b is the one you want as it is easier to cut down being a smaller unit than the c version.
Cav / calibra equal length shafts will fit straight to the gte hubs, I have them on mine, tho I think they are slightly longer and I had to cut some of the threaded part off as it hit the center caps of my alloys. _________________

Yeah it really is a cracker it has full mint GTE interior in it along with an uncut black parcel shelf, previous owner done this and the seats have green piping, just requires a few more upgrades to make me happy with it
Looked into the eps and yes your correct the B is the way to go so i'll source one of those and the controller
That's even better with the equal shafts just need to find a good set, must have binned a fair few in my younger days |

For the f28 you need to cut the original front gearbox mount off and bolt the cav/calibra mount to the chassis leg. _________________ [Click here to pay ransom to view photos] |
