Astra GTE / Kadett GSi 5 Door

This might seem a daft question, but did Vauxhall or Opel ever make a official 5 door GTE / GSi. I've never even heard of one until the other week with the one that was for sale on ebay.

Can anyone shed any light on the subject?

that's the one i now own so yes they did and yes they did the gsi aswell matey!

rare as fcuk aswell to lay your hands on, but i now own one along with my black 3 door gte!

Vauxhall never sold the 5dr GTE, any that are in the UK are Opels imported (as quite a few were). In europe there are a few knocking around but very few here in the UK, less than 10 probably.

And I think the GSi is the Kadett E (Mk2 Astra), not sure why they changed but they did in europe
