Hi i have just joined the mk1oc forum. I was very impressed by the cars that you were showing at pv and was nice to see a few of them goin down the strip. I own the black Y reg mk1 that was showing with the novaload stand i bought it a week before pv. Also thanks to Jason who i spoke to at pv.

i hav made a few changes since these pictures, 17inch multispokes, vauxhall badges and standard rear lights.

Let me no what you think!!!!!!

Cheers Jay just needs the exhaust and it will be spot on. at the moment it has loads of dodgy bits of pipe welded together and is a very small bore!!! far to restrictive. And the backbox hangs on a piss. Sad

How's the xe go with the carbs? Wot brakes and shocks are on it?........

Yes it was on ebay. It has spax adjustables on it with a mk2 disc rear beam and grooved front 16vdiscs of some description which were on it already. It stops well though. big grin

yeh it goes well. the guy i bought it from showed me a 1/4 print out from york dragway for 14.6 seconds. Needs the Exhaust sorting and another rolling road setup and then try it again!

I think Chunk ran a 14.7 at POD, oooh this is going to be a good show down at Retro cars if you both come to that.
