something else has came up and may force the sale of my ascona
1980 opel ascona sr berlinetta
2.0 16v red toped dynod at 175 bhp at the fly 135 bhp at the wheels at east cost customs and torx tronics both print outs to prove
extremely well looked after no expence spared
5 speed manta gear box
drilled/vented front brakes
full koni s and lowering springs 50 mm i think
full stainless + airfilter ect ect
welded auto rear diff for better ratio
mot d till sept taxed till next june
classic insurance cost me £185 a year with all mods declared and i have engineers reports for all the work carried out
shes seen the odd circle but not as many as some twin cams 325is ect
has a rust bubble on wing nothing serious but over all in very good nick for a car this age
also there is a load of spares for this car doors all with glass and a spare windscreen
£2500 ono
defo a head turner (my wee one loves it and we both will be sorry to see it go)
can meet at airports ect as car is in northern ireland or i can get it over and meet at docks ect

just an observation mate but i see it has a Y plate on it that would make it 1982/83 and not 1980 as you stated above,i hope you don`t mind me pointing this out

she is a 1980 was re reg in 82 as it had a private plate |

I thought that you couldnt put a newer plate on a vehicle that the original year. _________________
