Funnily enough the ones I bought recently (from German eBay via Lee and his pal!) were white and brand new in the packaging. They cost me about £20 for the set of 4, which was a right bargain as they seem to be rare as RHS.
Sadly I rubbed them all down to match my silver alloys! 
I've got a spare set of Vaux ones you can have for nothing...I guess they're not much use though eh?
