Yeh, auction was ruined by a scammer. Apparently i wont be charged for the listing so i might chuck it on again in a week or so, ebay is a pain sometimes

Real shame that, there are some proper nuggets out there. What do they hope to gain from doing that? Not even funny...

FWIW I sell lots of stuff on eBay and have set up some preferences to protect myself a bit - namely eBay will not allow anyone with either a rating of less than zero (i.e a minus) or 2+ unpaid item strikes to bid on my auctions. You can specify the figures, and IIRC there are other rules you can set up in addition to these. I just didn't want to exclude too many people. I sell with more peace of mind now smile
