Retro Cars Want To Do A Feature On My Car!!

I just received this email from the editor of Retro Cars:

Hi Lee

Your Astra Turbo has been brought to our attention and we are very keen to get it featured in our Magazine. Trouble is, it's been in Total Vauxhall which is published by the same company so we'd have to leave it a bit before we did anything on it ÃƒÆ’Ã‚Â¢ÃƒÂ¢Ã¢â‚¬Å¡Ã‚Â¬ÃƒÂ¢Ã¢â€šÂ¬Ã…â€œ but we're definitely interested.
Would you like to bring it to the Retro Cars Show on July 3 at Santa Pod? If so, just let me know your address and I'll get some tickets in the post

What you gonna change on the car so it's a little different for the Retro feature? Or gonna leave it as it is?

WOW!! In the post this morning I received from Retro Cars magazine, 2 Show Tickets, 2 Camping Tickets and............ a pass to park on the Retro Cars stand!!
Blimey, I didn't expect that!! I'm not sure that I want to park on their stand, as I'd rather be on the MK1OC stand with you guys. Do you think that a condition of them giving me the tickets is that I have to park on their stand?

Would they get the hump (and possibly jeopardise my future mag feature) if I accepted the free tickets, but then snubbed them?

Hmm, it's a tough decision but I reckon... have a chat with them, you never know.

If they do want it on the stand then you gotta get them stickers and flyers sorted as it would make the car one of the best ads for the club (everyone goes via the magazine stand)

Remember they are inviting you in to promote their presence on the Retro scene, whereas we would like you there to promote the MK1OC's interests.

I think to be honest though our interests would be better served if you were on the Retro stand, especially if you had flyers to hand out or at least a bit of club information on your car.

I have a couple of cans of spray paint, I can do you a ad-hoc advertising feature on the side of your car if you want... laughing
