any one know if i can get a new sunroof frame from anywhere? the part thats glued\spot welded to the roof

Are you talking about a glass sunroof or the factory steel type.

I have this same situation, the part under neath always get rusty because the 4 drain holes become blocked,

There are 6 spot welds that hold the sunroof underbelly (technical name:D ?) in place. Grind these off and then fit a glass sunroof, or as I am planning on doing fit a massive ragroof so you can feel the rays.

In all honesty I have to take mine off because the Rollcage fouls it, it has had minor adjustments for the time being but will be coming off when I get time.
