Will people still be interested in going if its at POD? _________________

Iirc, it was touch and go between Pod n PV whether it would be at Pod due to the crap setup last time, ok, weather played a part but squeezing all the people onto the hard standing was mad at best |

Apparantly there have been talks between them and there's confidence it'll go better. Reckon camping is a must due to the queues |

Not sure what could be done about the queing, the one road in and out has always been pod's downfall.
Camping could be the way forward, but it really depends on the weather, last year the camping area was like a swamp most of the year. _________________

Just had a look at the new pod listing, looks like the sat before PV is a vauxhall only RWYB day, so should mean a few people turn out the day before and camp over.

PVS 2009 is now a 2 day event.
Show stands are now for 2 days, Saturday & Sunday!
Camping is open from Friday night through til Sunday.
Prices have been hiked in line with a weekend show now
RWYB is saturday & sunday with fireforce on both days.
From PVS website:
PV SHOW NOW ALL WEEKEND
Saturday 6th and Sunday 7th June 2009.
Gates will be open for campers from 5pm on Friday, 5th June, with both Saturday and Sunday featuring all-day Vauxhall-only ‘Run What You Brung’ action, spectacular demo runs from the 270mph Fireforce jet car and various Vauxhall-based drag cars.
The huge club display area will feature 2500 club cars, while the ‘Park ‘n’ Pose’ area will give other proud Vauxhall owners the opportunity to show off their cars. Expect to find every kind of performance and modified Vauxhall - from stripped out ì11-secondî Novas, incredibly-styled Corsa and Astra show cars, rapid VXR’s and maybe even a few of the ìoldies but goodiesî from a few years back such as Chevettes, Vivas and Crestas.
With a massive trade area, cars for sale, bags of entertainment on both nights, and hosted by TV star and auto-legend Mike Brewer, this is the one weekend in the show calendar that no Vauxhall fan wants to miss!
Steve Foster, Events Manager for the PV Show said:
ìGiven the rapid growth of the show over the past seven years, moving to a full two day event was a natural progression. We are really excited about the additional features and attractions the extra day will allow us to bring to the event and expect 2009 to be fantastic weekend festival of celebration for all Vauxhall fans.î
Book Tickets Now
Saturday and Sunday day tickets £15 in advance
Weekend tickets (including Friday & Saturday night camping) - £33
